These Terms of Service describe the general terms for accessing the Hassler CloudVibe LLC website and engaging with Hassler CloudVibe regarding enterprise AI automation services. Services
Hassler CloudVibe LLC develops and operates enterprise AI automation workflows for document, knowledge, and operations use cases. Specific service scope, deliverables, fees, support terms, and responsibilities are defined in separate business agreements when applicable.
Acceptable use
- Do not use our website or services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
- Do not submit content that you do not have the right to provide or process.
- Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or compromise our systems.
- Use AI-assisted outputs with appropriate human review for business-critical decisions.
Customer content
Customers and prospective customers are responsible for the content, documents, data, and instructions they provide. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customer content remains the responsibility of the customer and should be provided only when there is a valid business purpose and right to process it.
AI-assisted outputs
AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, or unexpected interpretations. Hassler CloudVibe designs workflows to support business processes, but customers remain responsible for review, approval, and final use of outputs in their own operations.
Third-party services
We may rely on third-party hosting, communications, payment, security, analytics, and AI infrastructure providers. Availability, capacity, and functionality may depend in part on those providers and on the terms that govern their services.
